Killavic Cheat Codes ("we," "us") operates the website killaviccheatcodes.app and a family of music-production applications, including Killavic Cheat Codes, Terminator, Drum Dojo, Cypher Grid, Baethoven, and MPC Stem Extractor, available on the web and as native applications (collectively, the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Not every Service collects every category below; we only collect what a given Service needs to function.

Information We Collect

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. Authentication and account data are managed through Supabase, our backend provider.
  • Purchase information. We offer purchases in two ways. On the web, payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. In our iOS applications, purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase system and processed by Apple; purchase status is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat, which receives a purchase identifier and an anonymized user identifier to unlock and restore your purchases across your devices. We do not receive your payment-card information from Apple.
  • AI assistant (certain apps only). Some of our Services include an AI assistant feature. When you choose to use it, the text you submit is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. Apps without an AI feature — including Baethoven — do not transmit any data to an AI provider. We do not use your prompts to train models.
  • Audio and content. Sample libraries and audio assets are delivered from Cloudflare R2 storage. Beats, presets, and projects you create are stored in your account through Supabase so you can access them across sessions and devices. Some content may also be cached on your device.
  • Analytics. On our website we use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized traffic. We do not use it to build profiles of individual users. Our native apps do not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Services: to authenticate you, deliver and restore your purchases, sync access across your devices, send account and purchase confirmations and occasional product updates, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above (Supabase, Stripe, Apple, RevenueCat, Google, Cloudflare, Vercel) strictly as needed to operate the Services, and each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cross-Platform Access

If you purchase access on one platform (for example, on our website) and sign in to one of our apps with the same account, your purchase unlocks there as well. This works by matching your account email and purchase records across platforms.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. Our native apps do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your account record and associated personal data from our systems; some records may be retained where required by law or by our payment processors for transaction history.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
